The Tongariro Crossing

 

It's been a long time since I've posted an entire series of photos so I thought a select few from my amble over the Tongariro crossing the other week would be a good excuse to do so again.

The 19.4km long Tongariro crossing is regarded as one of the best day hikes in the world, and it's easy to see why.
