Kerosene Creek is the rather uninviting (and unofficial) name of a small naturally heated thermal stream 30 minutes drive south of Rotorua. Despite the name it's actually a rather nice place for a soak as the water reaches nearly 40 degrees celsius.
This is the smaller and hotter of the two little waterfalls on the stream, the other one was full of people who didn't look like they wanted a large camera on a tripod pointing at them, it isn't as pretty either.
